Do I need to complete a certification course to become a partner?

Not at this time. The partner program is open to credentialed pastoral and clinical professionals upon application and approval by Dr. Quinones. A formal certification track is in development and will be offered to partners first.

How and when are commissions paid out?

Commissions are tracked in real time on your dashboard and paid monthly. Upon approval, you'll receive details on the payment method options available. Pending commissions become payable once the couple's enrollment payment clears (typically 7–14 business days).

What if a couple uses a payment plan? Do I still earn the full commission?

Yes — you earn 30% of the total enrollment amount. For the 3-payment bundle plan (3 × $499 = $1,497 total), your $449.10 commission is distributed as each payment is received, rather than up front.

Can I refer couples to any GraceRoot course, or only premarital?

The Commission Partner Program currently covers the 10-course Premarital Series. GraceRoot's other programs (court-ordered, healing, and CE courses) use a separate referral system for professional compliance officers and are not part of the commission structure.

Is there a limit on how many couples I can refer?

No limits, no caps. Refer as many couples as you like. There is no ceiling on your commission earnings.

Does GraceRoot provide marketing materials I can share?

Yes. Upon approval you'll receive access to downloadable co-branded flyers, digital graphics, and suggested language for church bulletins, email newsletters, and social posts. All materials are available through your partner dashboard.

What's the SEO value — will my referrals be tracked accurately?

Your unique referral link includes your partner code as a URL parameter (e.g., ?ref=GR-LASTNAME-2026-XXXX). This parameter is passed through the entire checkout flow and captured at enrollment.
