Program Scope
GraceRoot courses are structured psychoeducational programs. They support learning, reflection, skill-building, and faith-informed personal growth. They are not emergency services, legal advice, crisis intervention, or a replacement for therapy.
Founder Credentials
GraceRoot curriculum is developed under the direction of Dr. Donetta Quinones, PhD, LPC, LMHC. Pages should describe credentials accurately and avoid implying board approvals, institutional accreditation, or third-party endorsements that have not been formally issued.
Certificates
Certificates document completion of GraceRoot course requirements. They may include participant name, course title, completion date, and verification information. A certificate does not guarantee acceptance by a court, employer, licensing board, school, church, or agency.
Assessments
GraceRoot inventories and reflection tools are used for self-understanding, readiness reflection, and course engagement. Unless a page explicitly states otherwise, they are not diagnostic instruments and should not be represented as independently validated psychometric tools.
Court-Related Programs
Court-related education pages are written to help participants document learning. Requirements vary by jurisdiction, judge, probation office, attorney, agency, and case type. Participants should confirm that a program meets their requirement before purchase.
Continuing Education
GraceRoot does not advertise a course as NBCC-approved, ACEP-approved, or board-approved continuing education unless that approval is current, formal, and specifically listed on the relevant course page.
Participant Protections
GraceRoot maintains written participant policies for confidentiality, grievances, course expectations, refunds, support, and completion records. These policies help participants understand what they are buying before payment and what support is available after enrollment.
