Who are these programs for?

GraceRoot's court-ordered education programs are for individuals referred by family court, criminal court, probation officers, attorneys, CPS, or other legal authorities who require completion of a structured educational program as a condition of their case. All five programs accept self-referred participants as well — no court order is required to enroll.
Are certificates accepted by courts?

In Texas, courts do not require pre-approval of parenting or educational program providers for family court purposes. GraceRoot's Certificate of Completion is issued by Dr. Donetta Quinones, PhD, LPC, LMHC — a licensed clinician with forensic psychology training — and includes all documentation courts look for: participant name, program title, hours completed, start and completion dates, instructor credentials, and a unique certificate ID. We recommend confirming specific requirements with your attorney or case worker, as individual courts may vary.
How long do the programs take?

Programs range from 8 to 10 hours of instructional content. Parenting Education, Child Abuse Prevention, and Substance Abuse Education are 10 hours (10 modules each). Anger Management and Domestic Violence Education are 8 hours (8 modules each). All programs are self-paced — most participants complete in 1–2 weeks.
Can I track my client's progress?

Yes — through the Referral Partner Portal. Probation officers, case managers, attorneys, and court administrators can register at
/partner to access a real-time dashboard showing enrollment status, module-by-module progress, assessment scores, and certificate downloads for each participant they refer. The portal is free for registered court professionals.
Are these programs accredited?

When is the certificate available?

It is immediately available in the student dashboard — printable and downloadable as PDF. No waiting period, no manual issuance.
Can participants send the certificate directly to their attorney or PO?

Yes. Participants can use the "Send to Representative" feature in their student dashboard to email their certificate of completion and a progress summary directly to their attorney, probation officer, or case manager — formatted for professional submission and documenting program hours and assessment outcomes. No downloading and re-attaching required.
How much do programs cost?

Each program is $197 — a one-time payment with no recurring fees and lifetime access. The $150–$500 range is standard for court-ordered educational programs. GraceRoot's pricing reflects the credential weight and clinical quality of the content.
Is there any interaction with other participants?

No. All programs are fully self-paced and private. There are no group sessions, live calls, or interaction with other participants. Content, assessments, and reflection exercises are completed independently on the participant's own schedule.
How does the faith integration work?

Faith integration means clinical psychological principles are taught alongside relevant theological frameworks — scripture, principles of grace, restoration, and accountability. It is not a strictly devotional program. Participants who are not religiously affiliated still benefit from the psychoeducational content; the faith elements enrich rather than replace the clinical material.
What documentation do courts receive?

Courts receive a Transformation Evidence Summary including pre/post assessment scores, journal-based behavioral growth analysis, and professional documentation ready for case file inclusion. This is generated automatically upon program completion and can be accessed through our professional referral portal or requested directly.
Is this accepted by courts?

Documentation includes verified completion data, assessment scores, and narrative evidence that meets the documentation requirements for most jurisdictions.
