How to find a certificate ID
- Certificate IDs are printed at the top of every GraceRoot certificate PDF
- GR-series certificates are formatted as GR-XXXX (e.g., GR-0042)
- CE-series certificates for licensed clinicians start with CE- (e.g., CE-NRA-0001)
- The certificate ID is also visible in the court-ordered enrollment records
