A Christ-centered leadership formation pathway for churches, ministry teams, and individual leaders. Level I is purchased separately; Levels II-IV are one all-inclusive $2,499 advanced pathway covering Courses 3-10.
A leadership formation pathway for churches, ministries, organizations, and individual leaders — built on Biblical truth, relational integrity, and accountable growth.
The Kingdom Alignment Leadership Institute (KALI) is a faith-based leadership formation pathway designed to help leaders examine pride, accountability, resistance to change, organizational culture, relational integrity, and long-term alignment. KALI uses course lessons, reflection inventories, quizzes, and completion documentation to support measurable progress without presenting the inventories as normed psychometric instruments.
Readiness inventories help participants name growth areas before beginning a level. They are self-reflection tools, not pass/fail clinical instruments.
Churches and ministries can purchase access codes to register cohorts under their organizational name and track completion.
Certificates document course completion and may include the organization name for organization-path participants. They are completion credentials issued by GraceRoot.
Course progress, quiz completion, certificates, and organization-path participation can be tracked through the verification dashboard.
Organization cohorts are the primary KALI pathway. Individual enrollment is available for leaders participating outside a church or ministry team.

Kingdom leadership demands unwavering conviction. Repeated compromise — in decisions, relationships, or standards — erodes the very authority leaders are called to carry. KALI confronts this honestly.
True Kingdom leadership flows from a place of healing. Leaders who have walked through their own brokenness and emerged restored carry a different kind of authority — one marked by compassion, wisdom, and redemptive power.
Built for churches, ministries, and Christian organizations ready to align their leadership structures with Kingdom principles. Organization-path registrants complete the same curriculum with team reflections, group completion tracking, and organizational health tools.
When the Ass Speaks — Lessons from Balaam on Pride, Discernment & Obedience
This optional KALI elective supports leaders and participants who want a deeper study of spiritual leadership risk, correction, humility, accountability, boundaries, and recovery after spiritually harmful systems. It complements the KALI framework without replacing required KALI courses or the Rooted & Restored prerequisite pathway.
Ten courses are mapped into four levels. Readiness reflections support growth planning; course quizzes and completion projects document learning.
All 10 courses share the same core learning structure while allowing each level to focus on a different leadership formation need.
Start with the full picture before beginning coursework.
Completed before coursework to help participants identify strengths, blind spots, and support needs.
All requirements must be met to receive certification.
All four triggers are required for certificate issuance.
KALI uses internal self-reflection inventories, course quizzes, and completion projects alongside Biblical frameworks to help leaders identify where they are and where they need to grow. These tools are designed for formation and documentation; they are not presented as normed psychometric instruments.
Certificates are customized based on your registration path.
KALI is presented as a GraceRoot completion pathway. Public outcomes, church partner stories, and cohort results will be added only when they can be documented.
KALI certificates document course completion through GraceRoot Institute. They are not represented as denominational accreditation or third-party approval.
Churches and ministries can use the organization path for team learning, group tracking, and organization-named completion records.
Testimonials, completion rates, and partner outcomes are published only when the Institute has permission and verifiable records.
Clear answers before a leader, church, or ministry invests.
If completed as an individual from the beginning, the full pathway is $3,447: Rooted & Restored ($249), KALI Level I ($699), and the Levels II-IV all-inclusive pathway ($2,499).
Yes. Rooted & Restored is the introductory prerequisite before KALI Course 1 unless the registrant provides proof of prior completion and receives a waiver.
Readiness inventories are self-reflection tools, not pass/fail clinical instruments. Course quizzes and completion projects document learning and completion.
KALI provides GraceRoot completion documentation for the course or level completed. Any church, ministry, employer, or organization decides whether it will accept the record for its own internal purposes.
KALI certificates are GraceRoot completion credentials. They document that a participant completed the listed course or level; they do not imply denominational, governmental, or third-party accreditation.
The organization track includes access codes, group completion tracking, organization-path certificates, and dashboard visibility for church or ministry teams.
GraceRoot courses are psychoeducational learning programs, not emergency care, legal advice, or a replacement for therapy. Certificates document GraceRoot completion. Court, employer, board, or continuing education acceptance should be confirmed before purchase unless a page states a specific approval.
