Organizational Membership

A single subscription that gives your whole team all-access to GraceRoot's self-paced courses. This sheet explains exactly how it works — from choosing a plan to onboarding your people and keeping seats in good standing. Every step below reflects how our system actually operates.

What you get

One plan, seats for your whole team

Choose a seat count; each person on your team claims a seat and instantly unlocks the full all-access course library (the same coverage as our Flourishing membership). Court-ordered and premium certification programs are enrolled separately and are not part of all-access memberships.

Standard plans

  • Starter — 10 seats
  • Team — 25 seats
  • Institute — 50 seats

Custom

Need a different number — 8, 120, 500? We quote any seat count. Larger organizations are handled by invoice or purchase order.

The process

How it works, step by step

  1. Choose your plan. Pick a standard tier or request a custom seat count.
Use the “Get an instant quote & invoice” button at the bottom of this page to choose your plan — or request a quote or purchase-order invoice here →
  2. Receive your quote & invoice. For invoiced or purchase-order orders, we send an electronic invoice with net-30 terms that carries your PO number.
Paid electronically — card, ACH bank transfer, or wire. Mailed checks are not accepted.
  3. Activate on deposit. Your seats go live as soon as the deposit is received; the remaining balance is due within 30 days. You receive a unique join code (format GR-XXXXXX).
Access is never interrupted while the balance is within terms.
  4. Your team joins. Share the join code. Each person enters the code and their email once — up to your seat count — and their courses unlock immediately.
    Team members join at /org/join.
  5. Monitor your team. Track who has joined, when they were last active, and free up seats you no longer need — all from your organization dashboard. We'll send you the exact link to reach it when your join code is issued.
  6. Keep seats in good standing. Remove anyone who no longer needs access. Unused seats are also reclaimed automatically (see the policy below).
One click per person on the dashboard, or automatic after 30 days of inactivity.
Seat policy

Seat monitoring & the 30-day rule

Organizations are responsible for keeping their roster current so seats reach the people who will use them. To support this:

Why this matters: it prevents seats from being tied up by people who never started, so your paid seats stay available to your active team. Your dashboard flags inactive seats and lets you reclaim them on demand, and a daily process reclaims them automatically.
Payment

Billing, invoices & purchase orders

Electronic only Required

  • Card
  • ACH bank transfer
  • Wire

All invoices are paid electronically through our secure invoice.

Purchase orders

We welcome POs. Your PO number appears on the invoice. The invoice is payable by any of the electronic methods at left, on net-30 terms.

Institution discount: government, military & academic organizations receive 30% off on 75+ seats; non-profits qualify at 30+ seats — applied automatically in your quote. Get an instant quote & invoice →
Mailed checks are not accepted. Please do not send a paper check — use one of the electronic methods above.
