The Blueprint™: How Childhood Draws the Patterns Adults Live
A trauma-informed journey from adverse childhood experiences to narcissistic and codependent tendencies — and the way back to wholeness.
Before you chose anything, something was chosen for you: the house you grew up in, the rules that bent or broke, the love that had conditions or none. Two children can grow up on the same street — one learns the world owes him everything, the other learns he owes the world himself.
This course follows them both. You will meet Johnny, the boy the rules bent around, and Sam, the boy who learned love means catering — and walk with them from the sandbox through adolescence, into the marriages their childhoods arranged, into the nurseries where the old blueprint reaches for the next generation, and finally into the hard, hopeful work of redrawing it. Along the way you'll find the research — adverse childhood experiences, attachment, trauma bonding, narcissistic abuse, codependency — and, somewhere in Johnny's story or Sam's, you may find your own. That's the point. You can't redraw a blueprint you've never seen.
This course is organized into six modules, each with six lessons. Every lesson includes learning objectives, plain-English teaching with key terms defined, real-life examples, an interactive knowledge check, and a practice activity. Each module closes with participant voices, frequently asked questions, study flashcards, and a ten-question self-quiz you can retake as often as you like.
