The Homecoming™: Making Peace with the Person in the Mirror
How your inner critic was born, why you carry everyone else's feelings, and how to finally come home to yourself.
There is a war being fought in the quietest place you know: between the person you believe you should be and the person you actually are. It is the voice that reviews your day like a prosecutor. It is the reason you apologize for having needs, say yes when you mean no, and carry feelings that were never yours to hold. Most of us have been fighting this war so long we mistake it for a personality.
This course is the peace treaty. Across six legs of one journey, you will meet the two selves who share your name, trace the inner critic back to the childhood rooms where it learned its lines, set down the emotional weight you were never meant to carry, watch how the fight inside becomes the fights outside, negotiate a real reconciliation — and then learn to live whole, in your relationships, your family, and the generation that comes after you.
This course is organized into six modules, each with six lessons. Every lesson includes learning objectives, plain-English teaching with key terms defined, real-life examples, an interactive knowledge check, and a practice activity. Each module closes with participant voices, frequently asked questions, study flashcards, and a ten-question self-quiz you can retake as often as you like.
