Why Seeds of Wisdom for Teens?

Built Around the Adolescent Brain — Not Just a Book List

Most programs teach behavior. This one forms character. The year is organized around nine pillars of adolescent development, and students revisit the six novels' characters all year — maturing alongside Jordan, Ava, Mateo, Sofia, Noah, Ethan, and Aaliyah as the concepts spiral deeper.

🧠

Evidence-Based Formation

Trauma-informed care (SAMHSA), attachment theory, CASEL SEL, executive-function research, interpersonal neurobiology — real science, taught TO the teens about their own brains.

📖

Story-Driven Lessons

Every week opens with an excerpt from the anchor novels — characters facing real pressure, real screens, real grief — plus a callback to the Kids™ story each seed grew from.

🤝

Pass It Down™ Mentorship

The signature thread: every week, teens watch a character mentor a younger child — then prove last week's lesson by teaching it to a kid themselves. Mentorship as mastery, measured all year.

✝️

Christ-Centered Wisdom

Biblical wisdom literature woven through every lesson — Head, Heart, AND Faith — presenting God as safe, near, and true. Flexes for public-school settings.

📔

Portfolios & Harvests

Growth trackers, quarterly Harvest reviews, parent conferences, a mission statement, graduation speeches — and a Blessing Ceremony that seals the year.

🏫

Tier I–III Ready

One curriculum, three intensities: whole classrooms and youth groups (Tier I), targeted small groups (Tier II), and individual counseling (Tier III) — with facilitator notes for each.

Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked

What's included in the $35.99/month membership?

Everything: free reading access to all six teen novels inside the platform (a $95.94 value), the complete 36-week curriculum with weekly excerpts and discussions, the Pass It Down™ mentorship and mastery system, printable unit journals, family guides, the Tier I–III Facilitator Hub, and the full assessment suite — portfolios, Harvests, and the Blessing Ceremony. New content is added at no extra cost, and you can cancel anytime.

Can I just buy the books?

Yes — each novel is $15.99 on its own, and full six-book sets are available. Members never need to buy them: all six are included free with the subscription. Bulk and organization pricing for schools, churches, and practices is available on request.

How is this different from other SEL programs?

Three ways: it's organized around adolescent brain development (nine pillars, spiraled) rather than a topic-a-week; it's story-driven, with characters teens follow and mature alongside for 36 weeks; and it tests growth through mentorship — the Pass It Down™ system has teens teach each lesson to younger kids, which research shows is the deepest form of learning.

Does it connect to Seeds of Wisdom for Kids™?

Deeply. Every teen lesson calls back to the children's story its seed grew from, and the Pass It Down™ system pairs teen mentors with Kids™ classrooms and ministries — one formation pathway from age 6 to 18, unified by the Relational Integrity™ Growth Model.

Is it appropriate for public schools and clinical settings?

Yes. The curriculum is trauma-informed (SAMHSA-aligned), CASEL-mapped, and built on attachment and executive-function research. The faith strand is modular — lessons run fully on their clinical/SEL spine where explicit faith content isn't appropriate, and the Facilitator Hub includes Tier I–III implementation and referral guidance.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, no questions asked.
