One question a day, for a year.

Three hundred and sixty-five questions drawn from the five prophets most people skip — short books written to people who had stopped being able to see themselves clearly. Each day is a Scripture anchor, two sentences of observation, one question, room to write, and a prayer you can pray or rewrite. Nothing is dated, nothing expires, and there is no streak to break.

What is inside

A year of questions drawn from Hosea, Joel, Amos, Micah, and Nahum

365 days, undated

Day 1 is whatever day you decide to begin. Miss four days and you have not fallen behind — you simply have not written for four days.

Anchored in five prophets

Of the 365 anchors, 240 come from Hosea, Joel, Amos, Micah and Nahum. A reference rather than a printed verse, so you read it in your own translation.

Eight threads, in a developmental order

Attachment first, then accountability — which is where compassion grows a spine — then power, systems, relational integrity. Twelve months that build rather than list.

52 study entries included

The framework underneath the year, in plain words, with 333 links between an insight and the days built on the same passage.

Your writing stays on your device

Stored in the browser on the device you write on. Nothing is uploaded, and no one else can read it — including the author.

Installs and works offline

Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app with no connection at all. Useful on a plane, in a waiting room, or anywhere you would rather not be online.

Where the answers go

This is the part a PDF cannot do. Everything written in the workbook is saved to the GraceRoot account that opened it, so it survives a cleared browser, a swapped device or a full tablet. It is readable only by that account — GraceRoot staff have no view of a client's responses, and nothing written here feeds any report. Export or erase it all at any time from inside the workbook.

For families: this workbook is written for young people, so we ask that a parent or guardian holds the account and confirms a short consent notice before any answers are stored. The young person then works inside that account.

Questions

Is this therapy?

No. It is structured self-reflection, and it carries a grounding page and crisis resources on every screen for the days it opens something up. GraceRoot does not diagnose and this journal does not treat.

Where does my writing go?

Onto the device you write on, and nowhere else. Unlike the other GraceRoot workbooks, this one does not sync to your account — there is no server copy, which also means clearing your browser data or losing the device loses the writing. Use the Backup button in More to keep a file.

Do I need to know these books of the Bible?

No. Each day names its anchor and explains what it is doing. The Study reference section covers all fifty-two patterns in plain language if you want the framework.

Can I use it on more than one device?

You can open it on any device you sign in on, but because the writing is stored on the device rather than your account, each device keeps its own entries. Export a backup from one and restore it on the other to move them.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Install it from the More screen and it works with no connection. The first load needs to be online so it can store itself.

Do I keep access?

Yes. A one-time purchase is permanent access, including future updates, and it is included with the Flourishing all-access membership and the Family plan.

Program Clarity

GraceRoot courses are psychoeducational learning programs, not emergency care, legal advice, or a replacement for therapy. Certificates document GraceRoot completion. Court, employer, board, or continuing education acceptance should be confirmed before purchase unless a page states a specific approval.
