Every church, ministry, and organization has a culture. Culture is the collection of shared beliefs, values, assumptions, behaviors, communication patterns, leadership practices, expectations, and relational norms that influence how people experience the organization. Healthy cultures foster trust, accountability, transparency, emotional safety, spiritual growth, servant leadership, collaboration, and Kingdom effectiveness. Unhealthy cultures often develop through unresolved conflict, avoidance, fear, secrecy, favoritism, power imbalances, burnout, poor communication, leadership inconsistency, and normalized dysfunction.
Prerequisite: Course 7 Recommended
What participants will achieve upon completion
Four modules building through healing organizational culture.
Define organizational culture and explore how shared beliefs shape ministry environments.
Recognize common unhealthy patterns that emerge in churches and organizations.
Create trust, emotional safety, and sustainable communication structures.
Build and maintain healthy culture change over time.
Repentance leads naturally to organizational cleansing. Once unhealthy beliefs, behaviors, and leadership patterns have been acknowledged, organizations must intentionally remove systems that reinforce dysfunction and replace them with structures that promote trust, integrity, transparency, and Kingdom alignment. Participants learn how healthy culture becomes the organizational environment where restoration and long-term transformation can flourish.
