This reflection helps participants identify alignment, leadership readiness, and the best next step before continuing into Rooted & Restored and KALI coursework.
KALI asks participants to examine pride, humility, accountability, resistance to change, discernment, repentance, culture, relational repair, and long-term Kingdom alignment. Rooted & Restored prepares participants for that work by addressing the inner patterns that shape leadership behavior: attachment wounds, emotional triggers, core beliefs, nervous system responses, boundary functioning, and relational repair.
This introductory foundation helps KALI participants enter Course 1 with deeper self-awareness, greater emotional regulation, and a clearer understanding of how personal healing supports spiritually mature leadership.
Rooted & Restored includes a battery of self-reflection tools that help participants identify triggers, attachment patterns, wound responses, core beliefs, boundaries, and relational patterns before leadership training begins.
The reflection results give participants language for blind spots that may affect humility, accountability, conflict repair, communication, trust, and spiritual formation.
Participants can connect KALI concepts to their own patterns early, making Course 1 and later readiness reflections more meaningful.
The Kingdom Alignment Leadership Institute (KALI) is an intensive, faith-based training system for leaders who want to practice humility, accountability, discernment, relational integrity, and sustainable organizational alignment. KALI begins with Rooted & Restored as the introductory course, then uses a four-level progression model with readiness reflections and completion documentation.
Personal reflections, self-paced access, and a GraceRoot completion certificate upon completion.

Rooted & Restored prepares registrants before Course 1. Each KALI course then includes orientation, readiness reflection, coursework, and post-course reflection.
The introductory KALI course grounds participants in relational healing, identity, attachment awareness, grief, repair, reconnection, and restoration before beginning Kingdom Alignment leadership coursework.
KALI registrants are directed to Rooted & Restored before Course 1 unless their registration includes proof of prior completion. Existing KALI registrants are grandfathered.
This 8-week leadership formation course helps leaders identify how pride, self-reliance, defensiveness, insecurity, control, and resistance to correction create personal, organizational, and congregational misalignment. Participants learn how humility, self-awareness, teachability, repentance, and accountability create healthy Kingdom leadership cultures that reflect Christ.
