This course teaches leaders how motivation develops and how to cultivate readiness for sustainable change. Participants explore the psychological, relational, spiritual, and organizational dimensions of motivation and conviction. They learn how shame, defensiveness, pride, avoidance, fear, and self-protection often interfere with the development of genuine commitment. The course integrates biblical truth with trauma-informed principles to help leaders move from awareness into action.
