This 8-week leadership formation course helps leaders identify how pride, self-reliance, defensiveness, insecurity, control, and resistance to correction create personal, organizational, and congregational misalignment. Participants learn how humility, self-awareness, teachability, repentance, and accountability create healthy Kingdom leadership cultures that reflect Christ.
