Many churches, ministries, and organizations experience seasons of renewal, healing, growth, and restoration, only to find themselves gradually returning to familiar patterns of dysfunction over time. This phenomenon — organizational drift — rarely occurs suddenly. Instead, it develops through small compromises, weakened accountability, leadership fatigue, mission confusion, loss of focus, complacency, cultural erosion, and gradual departures from core values and Kingdom principles. This capstone course equips leaders to move beyond crisis management and into intentional organizational stewardship.

Build succession plans, leadership pipelines, and organizational health metrics for long-term alignment.
Complete the full embedded capstone for sustaining Kingdom alignment, preventing drift, and building the Kingdom Alignment Strategic Plan.
