Course Overview

This course recognizes that exposure, feedback, crisis, broken trust, and organizational change can activate shame, fear, denial, grief, power protection, and resistance. Leaders are taught to create emotionally and spiritually safe conditions for truth-telling while still moving toward repentance, repair, accountability, and covenant alignment.

Understand divine exposure as an act of mercy and covenant repair rather than condemnation.

Identify sacred silence, organizational denial, hidden dysfunction, and feedback avoidance.

Distinguish covenant leadership from contract-based organizational culture.

Assess broken trust, covenant trauma, and relational integrity gaps within ministry systems.

Evaluate organizational alignment across vision, culture, leadership, and mission.

Assess leadership readiness across emotional, spiritual, relational, and strategic maturity.
