The Model
GraceRoot programs are designed for the therapist's client — not to replace therapy, but to serve as structured homework that extends the work of the session into the client's week.

Clients self-enroll at their own pace. All programs are online and self-paced. Professionals who need ongoing progress visibility can use the Professional Portal guide to choose the correct tracking path.

Structured group-model psychoeducation addressing codependency, boundary deficits, and recovery from narcissistic and exploitative relational systems. Covers narcissistic abuse cycle identification, trauma bond dissolution, assertive boundary construction, and self-compassion as affect regulation.
