Course Curriculum
Each module integrates trauma science, clinical insight, and biblical truth — equipping couples to understand how relational rupture forms and how healing begins together.
Module 1
Explores emotional injury, attachment rupture, relational fragmentation, and emotional pain accumulation. Couples learn to define relational rupture and its impact on safety and trust.
Module 2
Examines repeated injury cycles, emotional exhaustion, chronic invalidation, and relational erosion. Couples identify destructive patterns and learn to interrupt the cycle with empathy and accountability.
Module 3
Addresses how betrayal, inconsistency, and emotional unpredictability disrupt trust and create hypervigilance. Couples build communication patterns that restore emotional safety.
Module 4
Explores emotional abandonment, pursue-withdraw cycles, and attachment panic. Couples learn to name unmet attachment needs and build emotional accessibility within the marriage.
Module 5
Examines how defensiveness, stonewalling, and emotional withdrawal escalate conflict and erode connection. Couples develop skills for emotional regulation, accountability, and humble presence.
Module 6
Builds a healing-centered restoration framework. Couples explore emotional humility, repair readiness, and the biblical principles of redemption and covenant renewal.
