Who are these programs for?

GraceRoot's court-related education programs are for individuals referred by family court, criminal court, probation officers, attorneys, CPS, agencies, or other referral sources who need structured psychoeducation. Self-referred participants may also enroll; no court order is required to purchase a course.
Can I submit the certificate to a court or agency?

Yes, participants may submit the certificate and completion record to the appropriate court, probation officer, attorney, agency, or program coordinator. Acceptance is determined by that referring authority. Confirm requirements before enrolling, especially for domestic violence/BIPP or jurisdiction-specific mandates.
How long do the programs take?

Program length depends on the selected course. Most court-related education courses are 6 to 10 hours, while Rooted and Restored to Fatherhood is listed as 12 to 15 hours, Crossing the Ranks is listed as 48 to 60 hours, and Building Youth Relational Integrity is structured as a 10 to 12 week youth transition program. Each course card lists the current length before enrollment.
Can I track my client's progress?

Yes — through the Referral Partner Portal. Probation officers, case managers, attorneys, and court administrators can register at
/partner to access a real-time dashboard showing enrollment status, module progress and certificate downloads for each participant they refer. The portal is free for registered court professionals.
Are these programs accredited?

GraceRoot offers psychoeducational programs, not therapy, clinical treatment, BIPP, or state-accredited domestic violence intervention. The programs are developed by Dr. Donetta Quinones, PhD, LPC, LMHC, a licensed behavioral health professional with forensic psychology training. Acceptability for court, agency, or legal requirements depends on the referring authority.
When is the certificate available?

A certificate of completion documenting program hours and completion status is provided automatically the moment a participant completes all modules and passes all required assessments (70% minimum). It is immediately available in the student dashboard — printable and downloadable as PDF. No waiting period, no manual issuance.
Can participants send the certificate directly to their attorney or PO?

Yes. Participants can use the "Send to Representative" feature in their student dashboard to email their certificate of completion and a progress summary directly to their attorney, probation officer, or case manager — formatted for professional submission and documenting program hours and completion status. No downloading and re-attaching required.
How much do programs cost?

Most court-related education courses are $197 as a one-time payment with no required recurring fee. Any course with a different price displays the price before checkout.
Is there any interaction with other participants?

No. All programs are fully self-paced and private. There are no group sessions, live calls, or interaction with other participants. Content, assessments, and reflection exercises are completed independently on the participant's own schedule.
How does the faith integration work?

Faith integration means clinical psychological principles are taught alongside relevant theological frameworks — scripture, principles of grace, restoration, and accountability. It is not a strictly devotional program. Participants who are not religiously affiliated still benefit from the psychoeducational content; the faith elements enrich rather than replace the clinical material.
What documentation is available?

Participants receive a certificate of completion and participant-controlled completion record documenting course title, hours or modules completed, completion date, certificate ID, and instructor credentials. Private journal responses, individual assessment scores, behavioral analysis, clinical opinions, legal conclusions, and predictions about future behavior are not included.
Is Domestic Violence Education a BIPP substitute?

No. The Domestic Violence Education course is psychoeducational and trauma-informed. It is not advertised as a state-approved BIPP, batterer intervention program, or substitute for any jurisdiction-specific domestic violence intervention requirement.
